After a 4 hour shuttle ride to the airport, it was all very comforting.
When the shuttle guy arrived, he too welcomed me with a helping hand as he loaded my luggage into the shuttle and again, told me that he would take care of me.
The delightful girl on the phone, acknowledge me as staying there that night and I have to say, the short conversation I had with her was very welcoming and made me feel like they cared about me. To start, I had to call from Salt Lake City airport and ask if I could have their shuttle come and get me. "Wow" this motel did everything possible to make be feel totally at home and welcomed on my stay with them. Now fast forward to my most recently visit. Way back in September 2017, we had some issues with this motel in which I have to say, have been completely addressed. We have stayed at this motel for several years.
